A Pokémon which has a 15 HP IV, a 15 Attack IV, and a 15 Defense IV would have 100% (perfect) IVs.Ĭertain methods of obtaining Pokémon will guarantee minimum IVs, also known as an IV floor. It is however, a simple and convenient indicator of how good the IVs are in general.

This is less accurate than knowing the the exact IV combination and can’t be used to calculate actual damage output. You may notice in the table above, that the IVs can also be represented as a percentage. It is therefore advisable to only invest your candy and Stardust into Pokémon with the highest stat totals. The higher the stat total, the more potential that individual Pokémon will have in battle. The IVs then get added onto the Base Stats to give a stat total. SpeciesĪs you can see all three Charizards have identical Base Stats, but their IVs can all vary between 0 and 15. To make this clearer, the table below shows examples of three different Charizards that were caught in the wild. Each IV can range from 0-15 when caught in the wild, or from 10-15 when hatched or caught as a Raid Boss. IVs are carried over when a Pokémon is evolved, so always check it’s worth investing the candy into it before evolving (find out how below). IVs cannot currently be modified or influenced, but the higher they are, the more potential the Pokémon has in battle than other Pokémon of the same species. A Pokémon’s IVs are randomly generated when it spawns, hatches or is encountered as a raid boss. Individual Values (IVs) – HP, Attack and Defense IVs are, as the name suggests, individual to every single Pokémon and get added onto its base stats to give them a boost. they are the same for every Pokémon within each species. The higher a Pokémon’s Base Stats, the less of an effect its IVs will have on its overall damage output in battle (More on this later). These are broken down into two kinds of stats:īase Stats – The HP, Attack and Defense Base Stats are set by species, i.e. Defense – a factor for how much damage a Pokémon can resist in battle.Attack – a factor for how much damage a Pokémon can deal in battle.Stamina (HP) – a factor how long a Pokémon can last in battle.

If this app had the one suggestion I made earlier it would be 5 stars all day. Each Pokémon has 3 statistics in Pokémon GO:
#Compare pokemon and ivs cp full
Also I like that it has a full pokedex that has all the different attack options for each Pokemon, shows the best move set for defending and attacking gyms, has a list of all types that each Pokemon will do more or less attack damage to, and many more detailed features that help decide which Pokemon you want to really invest time and stardust into. I really like a few of the other features of this app that most others don't have though, like being able to use the appraisals for more definite calculations and showing the amount of stardust and candy needed for max power up.

Also I would do the same for the evolution cp range so you can have an idea of what cp evolutions you can expect from evolving the Pokemon you evaluate. There is a suggestion I would make though, first I think it needs to show the possible cp range for your Pokemon's level and not just the cp range for when that Pokemon is its highest possible level. This IV calculator is the fastest one I've found so far and works great just using screenshots and will calculate multiple Pokemon's IVs at once. Pokémon And All Respective Names are Trademark and © of ©2016 Niantic, Inc. Icons by Geovanny Gavilanes, Madebyoliver, Freepik You can delete all at once by long-tapping the Edit button You can open the Pokedex by tapping the icon on the analysis list You can also check Move's DPS on the Pokédex in this app easily. So you have NO risk to be banned with this app unlike other automation tools which need your Pokémon GO account information. You can also use a protractor tool to narrow IVs if you want.Īnd also this app does NOT need your Pokémon GO account, NOR use Niantic's unofficial API at all. You do not have to input Pokémon's level, CP or HP with a troublesome protractor tool. You can check IVs of your multiple Pokémons at once automatically with only screenshots. No need to input CP, HP, Pokémon Name, nor Stardust manually No need to input your Pokémon GO account No risk of BAN Screenshots in English, German, French and Japanese are Supported "This App, I choose you !"
